This is probably the first negative review that I have ever posted. My first call to get on the schedule for 20yds of mulch was on May 14, 2026. I spoke with Corey, who was very nice. I was told that within 3 weeks I would get a call from scheduling. It never happened. I called on 6/15, 7/7, and 7/27. I never received a return call. I placed a call today, 8/13, and cancelled my so called order. Very frustrating, to say the least. I have never experienced lack of customer service like this. Bark King is fantastic. They blew in the mulch mix first which added a nice dark color to our beds. The next visit was fine bark blown into the walks and areas we are hoping to suppress weed growth. The crew was professional and punctual. They called and let us know when to expect the truck to arrive. I would recommend them! Update! So worth the wait. The crew was awesome and did a fantastic job avoiding our delicate plants.
My wife and I were very impressed with Bark King service. I had called many companies and went with them for the very nice customer service explaining everything on the phone. We did not get a date for the service but were called a few weeks later and were scheduled. They showed up on schedule, and the crew was very nice and did an immaculate job! The crew at Bark King were awesome! Fast, efficient, friendly and left the place as clean as they found it. I will definitely use them again.
I wish every company was this good. Beginning to end, top to bottom, exceptional, superb experience. From the folks who answer the phone, to the wonderful compassionate scheduler who is detailed beyond and ON IT, to the guys who were kind, friendly, helpful, professional, FABULOUS, and showed up on the dot and did such a spectacular job and left the yard spotless, every single person a joy and a true Professional.
