Bark King is fantastic. They blew in the mulch mix first which added a nice dark color to our beds. The next visit was fine bark blown into the walks and areas we are hoping to suppress weed growth. The crew was professional and punctual. They called and let us know when to expect the truck to arrive. I would recommend them! Update! So worth the wait. The crew was awesome and did a fantastic job avoiding our delicate plants.

My wife and I were very impressed with Bark King service. I had called many companies and went with them for the very nice customer service explaining everything on the phone. We did not get a date for the service but were called a few weeks later and were scheduled. They showed up on schedule, and the crew was very nice and did an immaculate job! I wish every company was this good. Beginning to end, top to bottom, exceptional, superb experience. From the folks who answer the phone, to the wonderful compassionate scheduler who is detailed beyond and ON IT, to the guys who were kind, friendly, helpful, professional, FABULOUS, and showed up on the dot and did such a spectacular job and left the yard spotless, every single person a joy and a true Professional. Absolutely terrible customer service. Never using Bark King again. Avoid at all cost! I placed an order to have 10 yards of bark delivered just like I had done in July of 2021. The person who took my order over the phone was nice and even mentioned how my file had some notes about possibly needing 15 yards on the next order. I didn't need 15 yards this time so I placed it for 10 and was told I'd get a call in a few weeks when they knew the delivery date.
