I have tried to contact you multiple times now Emma. It leads me to the conclusion you are ghosting me and will not follow through with your promise. I understand you have only been opened for a year and lack experience possibly in customer service/social etiquette perhaps 🤔 I am genuinely appalled at your incongruence and customer service. I had my hair done by Ruby and I couldn’t be happier with the result! She did an absolutely amazing job with both the colour and the cut it turned out even better than I imagined. Ruby really listened to what I wanted and made the whole experience so enjoyable and relaxing. Highly recommend her to anyone looking for a talented and professional hairdresser!
