Trainer was very nice but totally ineffective. Reason for paying $2000 was to train our poodle from being lease aggressive, out of control, pulled wife down trying to go after other dogs while walking. 4 or 5 visits, no results. A total waste of our money.

I had called about certain training needs and was told by the assistant that they could be met. However the day of the session was when I finally got to speak to the actual trainer, And i was told that this was not the case. I asked if it would be okay to continue to think about whether I was okay with paying such a high price for only half of what I wanted to work on with my dog and they still charged me a cancellation fee.
