We’ve both boarded and groomed our dog here a few times in the past without issues, but our most recent experience was very upsetting. Our dog only requires his anxiety medication at night while being boarded, and although we left clear instructions, half of his doses were missed during this stay. We also were not informed of this, I only discovered it when checking his medication bottle afterward. As a result, he became extremely anxious and ended up injuring his face. My new puppy was very excited when we walked in the door at Bark on Park. She made friends instantly. Makes me feel good that she is happy there.
Bark is a great find!! Daisy the Wonder Lab goes to Bark for day care when I substitute teach. Her tail starts to wag before I even get the car parked!! Caring, fun people; clean, well appointed facility. Daisy has also stayed overnight for a few days when we went to Disney and I never had to have one care about her while we were gone.
