Well, since the new location opened, I encountered rude reception, absolutely horrible manager/owner, that has nooo customer service back AT ALL. Yells at ME, not showing proof of WHAT she's yelling at me for, and I NEVER see my groomer or the other previous pleasant staff there...makes sense now ...Had given them A LOT of business with friends .....as of today, I've stopped and word is out to my friends....funny no GOOD reviews are recent...,hmmmmm? Buh bye
RecommendedMy dogs visited for the first time yesterday. They look great! Very happy with the results. My dogs also seem happy with their grooms. It took a little under 2.5 hours for both dogs, which is very quick compared to our last groomer. We will definitely be back! Thank you! 🦮🐕🦺❤️
