Just like all the other reviews, this is the absolute worst groomers you could possibly go to. I should've followed their advice. They cut the bottom of all 4 of my dogs paws. ALL 4. My dog is seasonally allergic to grass and gets rashes, so I noticed when she was biting at her feet that now because of the cuts, she is getting an infection. I called the clinic a day and a half after it happened and was told by the owner she would get in contact with the groomer who did it the next day. I was never called.
