I started shopping @ Bark! when I got my hairless cat Eggo because he eats a raw diet & they were the only store that carried that kind of food. Staff is always friendly & helpful. 🏽

I’ve been a customer for over 5 years and have never felt compelled to write a review. I always have a “good” experience here but today was different. Today I met Selena, who took “good” customer service to a different level. Selena provided “Amazing” service. She didn’t just do the standard greeting then rush to check me out, she took time out to ask me questions and get to know my dog. My dog has food allergies and is on a special diet. Poor customer service and incompetency at this location. The unfriendly woman on phone always sounds super booored and has a hard time fulfilling simple requests. They also often neglect to give case discount. Really not worth the hassle, will go out of my way to another shop.

Great, pet friendly place with knowledgeable staff - sort of trendy. My dog loved her Birthday Cookie. Great rescue group there.
