The agent, Mr. Siamak is really professional and friendly. Beside following company's policies, he is very helpful. But the product that I paid 200$ for was a junk
I recommend people not to purchase samovars from Bariton. Because we bought a samovar in 2023 summer, and it is not working now. I guess the company has one year warranty! They might know about the poor quality of the product and that is why the warranty is short! I again suggest people not to buy this product at all because you would waste your money!!!! We are very embarrassed!!!!! 😞 We no longer buy anything from this company!!!!!!
We are so happy with the unique taste of the brewed tea with our new tea maker! The kettle had a deficiency and after contacting the customer service, they sent us a new kettle which works perfectly.
