Went in engagement ring shopping and met Dimitra. She was absolutely lovely and understood my aesthetic and style pretty quickly. Went in to look at wedding bands for my upcoming wedding a couple weeks ago. Talked to them for a bit about what i wanted and gave them contact info and they said they would send me a quote the next day. Didn’t receive anything. After several days I wrote them a message inquiring about it - never heard back. Was willing to buy a platinum band from them but essentially got ghosted, had to go with another designer.
I was shopping for a wedding band to fit around an engagement ring that was *not* made to be part of a set.
