Doc Ben's retiring... Great for him, bummer for me. Exceptional care for over 15 years. Godspeed Doc Ben.
Dr Ben is fantastic, the nurse staff and front desk staff are wonderful. My only troubles have been from calling in to get a prescription refill, the only time that comes out correctly is if I speak to a person. If I leave a message for a script refill, I might get a jar of Kool-Aid mix instead.
I was saddened when Dr. Max Watzman retired, but was pleasantly surprised when I saw Ben Feld PA. He’s human, talks to you like a human and is responsive when I needed help or had additional questions. HUGE shoutout to Kayla, when I call she answers and is wildly helpful. She goes above and beyond doing more than I would expect. Thanks Ben and Kayla!

I love this practice but at times it's inconvenient when they close early. Today I called at 4:45 when they are suppose to be open until 5:00. If aomeone is at work and they plan to call you before they close It can be a pain. Please don't turn off your phones until 5 o'clock.
