Horrible patient service and the receptionist is rude! Allegedly, I missed an appointment for my son back in 2020!!! Yeah, four years ago and during a little thing called COVID! Never received ANY voicemail or paperwork about said missed appointment, yet just now was told the dentist noted to DENY MY SON, who is autistic and deathly afraid of doctors and new places, service. Absolutely wonderful staff and doctor. Highly recommend. I love that the doctor explained the science behind my son’s issue and really provided a deeper understanding. The hygienist was so friendly and really made my son feel comfortable
8 years later and I'm updating my review. I believe this Dentist just needs to retire. He told me that my son had an entire mouth full of cavities and needs a ton of work done. Luckily I didn't feel this Dentist would be capable of drilling into my child's mouth. So I took him to a new dentist. He has ONE VERY SMALL CAVITIE. I don't think they were lying just to make more money. I just think that this dentist needs to be done practicing. I'm really glad I went else were as he could have destroyed my son adult teeth. Dr baribeau and his staff are amazing..the hygienist are so patient and kind with the kids. We have never had an issue here
