Today is 12.29.2023- I made an appointment with this Doctors office since The ending of October- spoke to the office numerous of times and even gave them my adopted sons insurance over the phone. They called me back in December to advise they needed a referral and today they call to tell me he isn’t able to be seen 5 days before the appointment I waited Over a month for I find this to be very unprofessional and as they did call to apologize it doesn’t take the time I have to wait again to be seen elsewhere. This is a year late... But!! Carol Mclean accessed my 3.5 yr old at the time and Carol Mclean confirmed my suspicion of my daughter having autism and being developmentally delayed. If it wasnt for her I wouldnt know were we will be. Cause of her I got my daughter in therapy right away and fought my school district to re access her and not put her on the waitlist for developmental preschool and now my daughter is thriving.
