You cannot, ever get a return call. If you happen to get a live person on the phone, they transfer you to someone who doesn’t answer their phone. It took them three weeks to send a refill in after I left a voice mail. Worst service ever!!! I’ve waited three weeks now for scheduling my procedure. Still waiting….
I had bariatric surgery with Dr. Lytle, and overall the surgery itself went very well. Dr. Lytle was great, all of my appointments went smoothly, and Northside Hospital did an excellent job taking care of me during my stay. I truly have no complaints about the surgeon or the hospital side of my care. However, my experience with the clinical office staff has been extremely frustrating. Dr. Gill is great, She takes time at each step and gives you time to ask questions. The staff is top notch on time, on point and has a personality. Highly recommend her for anyone.
Dr. Lytle is a great doctor with tremendous care and concern.
Had surgery. Been sick ever since been admitted in ER for 6 days dehydration. Trying to get in touch with someone is like pulling teeth they never answer or goes straight to voice mail. The office used to be very good but since moved to new location the staff is horrible. I guess Dr. Gorjala is to busy doing surgery and not really paying attention to how the office is run . Sorry I ever had this done. If I had known my care was going to be like this I wouldn't have gotten it done.
