I had a great experience with Dr. Lytle and his entire team. From my first consultation through my surgery, he took the time to answer all of my questions and made sure I understood every step of the process. I never felt rushed and always felt comfortable talking with him. Right before my surgery, he came to my room to reassure me that he would do everything possible to ensure the best outcome. You cannot, ever get a return call. If you happen to get a live person on the phone, they transfer you to someone who doesn’t answer their phone. It took them three weeks to send a refill in after I left a voice mail. Worst service ever!!! I’ve waited three weeks now for scheduling my procedure. Still waiting….
I had bariatric surgery with Dr. Lytle, and overall the surgery itself went very well. Dr. Lytle was great, all of my appointments went smoothly, and Northside Hospital did an excellent job taking care of me during my stay. I truly have no complaints about the surgeon or the hospital side of my care. However, my experience with the clinical office staff has been extremely frustrating. Dr. Gill is great, She takes time at each step and gives you time to ask questions. The staff is top notch on time, on point and has a personality. Highly recommend her for anyone.
Dr. Lytle is a great doctor with tremendous care and concern.
