Had my surgery right at 3 years ago. By far the best decision I made. Ben Flink was my doctor. He explained everything from start, offered the best solution, even gave me options to try before making a final decision for surgery. He listened to me and I can’t thank him enough. The process was lengthy, it wasn’t easy, but I’m happy I stuck it out. No complications what so ever from my surgery. I got the sleeve. I’m so PISSED I honestly don’t know where to start. First time at this place and surely the LAST ONE. I do have to say that everyone was very nice and pleasant to talk to. According to the lady at the front desk the system was DOWN so she couldn’t take my $100 copay. Went home got my test done to her just a TEXT from the Doctor saying they didn’t find any hernia and to do what we talked about at the office. Keep in mind I have PROOF that I do have a hernia ( endoscopy proof) instead of send me to do more tests like a flippin... read more

I had my gastric sleeve surgery here and they did a great job. However, the reason I’m leaving this review is because of a very wonderful woman named Gen. I was sent back to work and I didn’t feel well enough to be back yet. I called several times and Gen listened to me and advocated on my behalf to the surgeon to extend my leave from work. She would call and update me and was a true joy. I am extremely grateful 🥲.

I had a great experience with Dr. Lytle and his entire team. From my first consultation through my surgery, he took the time to answer all of my questions and made sure I understood every step of the process. I never felt rushed and always felt comfortable talking with him. Right before my surgery, he came to my room to reassure me that he would do everything possible to ensure the best outcome. That personal touch meant a lot to me and helped calm my nerves. The office staff was also wonderful throughout the entire process.... read more

You cannot, ever get a return call. If you happen to get a live person on the phone, they transfer you to someone who doesn’t answer their phone. It took them three weeks to send a refill in after I left a voice mail. Worst service ever!!! I’ve waited three weeks now for scheduling my procedure. Still waiting….
