Went for a consultation. While the staff are friendly enough and doctor yuan seems knowledgeable and friendly. They seem extremely disorganized. No one took notes at my consultation and while the doctor was with me they were preparing another girl for surgery. I was told I would get a quote. But since no notes were taken and i am assuming the doctor went right into surgery,the doctor scribbled down my email address on the back of his receptionist notebook( to email me the quote) who wasn't present during my consultation. Dr. Yuan is a great doctor and a great person; he performed a procedure for me today and his staff was 20 out of ten 10 as well! Very very very beyond kind people, he picked the right folks for his team. Most doctors (and I’ve been to…. I found Dr Yuan by luck close to 7 years ago, as I explored Botox for the first time. I went a little “tweakment” crazy, and was disappointed when the doctor didn’t want to accommodate some rather grandiose ideas I had, so I found surgeons who WOULD accommodate my ideas of what I wanted. My advice: LISTEN TO DR YUAN. I have been through the wringer with other docs and surgeons.
