That company is a totally SCAM! DO NOT BUY IT. 2 months waiting for my vitamin and when I call they said they tried to delivery and no one get it. I said that I didn’t received any information from purolator but I didn’t received any email or paper from them The person on the phone gave me a tracking number that doesn’t exist I went to purolator site and called them THIS IS A SCAM! they don’t want to issue a refund I’ll NEVER buy in this company EVER

I ordered some calcium chews, but the company sent me vitamins that were intended for another customer. The package with the vitamins included the other customer's contact information. I called the company and found out that they had also sent my order and contact information to another customer. They asked me to send the vitamins back to them so that they could ship them to the original customer. Wish I saw these reviews before ordering. I’ve had to go to my bank to reverse a credit card charge. I ordered vitamins that apparently were on ‘back order.’ Absolutely no indication on the website of this, I had to call to ask, told it will be a couple more weeks, I wait…receive nothing…call back and now they can’t find my order. This company is awful. I called and was on hold for almost an hour and finally talked to a representative. I canceled my upcoming order and my subscription. About a week later email sent saying my order is on its way. Called again and was told too late the package is in the mail. The woman would do nothing for me but tell me I could return it. It says it was sent today so this is the same day!! My order was canceled almost a week ago.
