I purchased a set of tires and on the web site they were listed in stock. After 6 weeks of waiting for them to show up from being on back order they were not the tires as described on the web site. After the 4th phone call the person I was dealing with finally contacted the owner. The owner would not accept a return on my tires. Worst company I've ever dealt with...I ordered tires for a go kart that were nothing like the ones pictured. The image on their site showed that the wear indicators were deep and the tire had lots of tread. The actual tire was thin and the wear indicator was 1/16" of an inch. These will be worn out after a couple hours. They wanted 20% restocking fee as well as me having to pay the return shipping. BEWARE read the reviews this company is a RIPOFF

Worst company I have dealt with. I ordered a sprocket and some chain. They sent the wrong sprocket. Actually sent a sprocket that cost more but I couldnt use. I called them and a girl said she would send out the right one the next day. A week went by and I had to call and find out they had not done anything. I was told that I had to send the wrong one back at my expense. She also to me that they send the wrong part out a lot and have a problem with people not sending the others back. I ordered parts for my Tecumseh engine and ALL the bolts shipped with this item did not fit any part of my engine. Customer service was no help . They just kept suggesting I checked local hardware stores. And even though there website says their parts are compatible with my engine. Very slow shipping and customer service is useless.
