Had a screw in my tyre. Repaired within half an hour and quite cheap!
We recently moved in to the area, and used Bargara Automotive for the first time this week. We needed work done quickly for a car we were selling and are so glad we found this business. Rob was quick, effecient, knowledgeable and a great problem solver....and very reasonably priced. This will definitely be our new local mechanic.
Has anyone ever broken down between cities far away from their usual mechanic? Well Rob at Bagara Automotive in Bundaberg whom I was referred to take my vehicle after having been mucked around in a few other places, he looked after me like I had been a customer for years! No joke, he was able to determine the cause immediately, found another serious issue and could have purchased a new part for big $$$ but was able to repair it properly for a fraction of the cost. Customer service was god-awful. I booked my car in for a service due to a screeching sound in my front tire. I was then told I was to be verified when inspection was completed. My mother went in 20 minutes before closing time to see if the owner was done as I did NOT receive any verification, and the owner was very arrogant towards my mother and told her nothing was wrong with my car, he was incredibly disrespectful and absolutely belittled my poor mother.
