My agency arranged a particular apartment through Bargara Coastal Accommodation as I had stayed there previously and had a quite pleasant experience the last time around. Unfortunately this stay was very different, while the location and apartment was great, the service was absolutely horrible. The importance of doing your research before booking with this business! I wish I had taken the time to read already posted bad Google/HomeStay feedback. Check-in was 2pm but no information was communicated stating where to collect keys or location of apartment. Sent an email and got a timely call back from owner of property with an apology. It's a shame I can't give a 0 star rating!!!!!!!!!!! Booked a property with them 10 months in advance AND received a confirmation of a booking for 7 Dooley St Bargara (still have the pdf). My mobile phone mysteriously wasn't working, had to resort to calling from my land line (answered 1st time, how convenient...). Refused to honour the booking. The MOST DISGRACEFUL SERVICE I HAVE EVER RECEIVED!!!!!!!!!!!!!
