When I arrived a staff member was putting out the American Flag. While doing so he was dragging it on the ground. Extremely disrespectful

Came in with work truck within last 10-15 days, bought/paid for 2 tires, then stepped outside to take care of some calls/texts. When over 25 minutes lapsed I stepped back inside as the employee was letting the front of my truck down. I asked if I was good, he stated I was, so I got in and drove off.
