I ordered a mattress from bargain online through Kogan for my parents, ordered on 7/7/25, order states shipped on 08/07/25, expecting delivery date is set to be 10/07/25. Nothing received until the 14/06/25, contacted bargain online, promising to track the order, it ended up being” can not located” no replacement arrangements but just a refund offered after more 3 weeks waiting instead of 3 days, both my parents over 73 years old, they so excited about the new mattress and actually chucked away their old mattress to make way... read more
