I ordered a mattress from bargain online through Kogan for my parents, ordered on 7/7/25, order states shipped on 08/07/25, expecting delivery date is set to be 10/07/25. Nothing received until the 14/06/25, contacted bargain online, promising to track the order, it ended up being” can not located” no replacement arrangements but just a refund offered after more 3 weeks waiting instead of 3 days, both my parents over 73 years old, they so excited about the new mattress and actually chucked away their old mattress to make way... read more
Treadmill was falsely advertised. It doesn’t have a 0 incline and instead its default incline is not flat. It was also $300 Cheaper on Amazon I only saw after I bought it.
Both times bought service and product were excellent
My delivery was very late until I contacted B.O.L and they immediately found it and had it delivered within a couple of hours. I am very impressed with the kindness of Tracy and am pleased with the product.
Price was pretty good. The mattress we got is pretty comfortable and didn't take to long to arrive, but maybe a little to firm? The bed frame feels a little flimsy on the headboard maybe that's normal tho idk. Instructions were a little confusing to me and my partner. Not a big issue tho and all in all, pretty good. Oh and a plus side to the king bed is my partner and I both fit on it with all the animals.
