I have gotten some good deals but just purchased a Ninja Blender which was open box. It did not work. Make sure if you are buying a more expensive item to go there first and plug it in. I learned the hard way.

I made a mistake on a lot I won. I called the warehouse after the auction ended and explained my situation, and they were very happy to help me out. The person on the phone with me, I believe her name was Adonna? She was very helpful and understanding, and the problem got sorted right away with no "penalty" fees for my mistake.

Beware of items listed as "Open Box" and read the terms and conditions on the auction site. The 48-hour guarantee does not apply to "Open Box" items. These items are not inspected or tested unless you go yourself and inspect the item prior to bidding. I have received items that were clearly very much used. A drill I won was broken and worthless with no opportunity to get my money back.
