Bought a camper with a warranty package. Warranty was said to be o site service, so they will send someone a reasonable distance to fix issues. Well now I'm stuck with a immobile rv, was told by the warranty company that I will have to find a mechanic to give an estimate before they will consider looking at camper. $1000 for travel, $120 an hour to get a rv mechanic to go look at our rv. And then told by Tony we should have check lugnuts before moving camper... pics to show lugbuts are secure still on tire! Was told by Tony ... read more
Pretty bad put a big warranty on the camper and can even get nothing fixed, saying they can’t do nothing about it. Won’t be buying from this place again.
