Barfoot and Thompson Takapuna. Have been nothing but absolutely ridiculous to deal with. From Monique Barkers Inital Inspection Report blatantly Lying, house is Fill of Black mold, broken electrical fittings, not to mention the state of the Roof leaks, or the gardens being well overgrown. We've been fortunate to have Cathy as our property manager for the past 6 months. She's been great: thoroughly professional, friendly, easy to deal with, always on top of communication and follows through on things. Really couldn't ask for more.

We have had an amazing experience with Cathy as our property manager. When we first moved in, there was a fob missing and she got it sorted out immediately. Our exhaust fan was also not working and she organized to have it cleaned promptly. Would absolutely recommend renting with Cathy, she is extremely lovely and very helpful :)
