Actually the most racist and sexist service you will find in Kent. They made my friend (the only person of color in our group at the time) lift up his shirt to make sure he didn’t have a gun in his waistband?? I’m all for safety but the fact that he was the only one who they asked was kind of wild. They also didn’t let our other guy friend in because he had open toed shoes but they let the three other girls in our group inside and they all had flip flops? Very packed. I was there August 8th at the bar and not one bar tender took my order nor took anyone’s order that was at the corner of the bar. They even looked at my phone order and still chose to ignore me. Not satisfied won’t return.
I came out with some friends to try and have a good night but my experience was very unpleasant. There were multiple police officers/security guards questioning people throughout the night over various threats/allegations. It made people uneasy but overall environment is decent. We did go on a busy night so the dance floor was absolutely packed with everyone pushing/shoving you out of the way. Be prepared to have drinks spilled on you and have your hair pulled by strangers.
