I recently dealt with this Repairer in a very unsettling way. Satar, the mechanic, was extremely impolite and unprofessional from the beginning. His lacklustre customer service made me feel ignored and humiliated. But the problems went far beyond bad manners. Satar is involved in dishonest and unlawful behaviour.
