We had an incident where we hit a tree in the road and ran over it with the right side of the car (it was dark, and a car met us at the top of the hill with its bights on). Took the car back to the dealer ship we bought it from and filed with the insurance. Put this car in to have motor cover and skid plate replaced as well as check car for electrical problems, i.e., fog lights, radio, horn, ac/heat not working and engine cutting out. Charged me right at $500 and only fixed fog lights and horn (3 fuses? -- $8.23). Labor (?) was $425. Refused to let me check out car's functionality before payment. Pulled car out onto highway and the engine light came on. Took it to Auto Zone for a scan, which shows the transmission, which had not given a problem ever, was suddenly malfunctioning... read more
