They were very kind and helpful. The prices were low so we bought a bed.
Super nice folks...helpful and accomodating. Got a really nice barely used Simmons Beauty Rest for $400. Loving it so far but have a 30 day exchange if unsatisfied for any reason. Yay! Highly recommend✌❤😇
This place is unquestionably a joke. The worst customer service I have experienced in a very long time. It felt that that as a customer we were inconveniencing them by being there and asking questions and wanting to purchase a bed/mattress. There was one guy there who ran in after I waited in an empty store, who said he was just the delivery guy. I was quoted $250 for a mattress, and the free mattresses that are in the back from the Craigslist listing are in poor condition. Supposedly the owner was in the back of the store..... read more
Went into find a mattress and nobody was there to help and when we waited for someone to show He couldn’t help us Out at all Or answer any question how much mattress we’re priced and just ignored us. Not the best of customer service hoping next time we can get someone who will be able to help us!
