Bought a hot tub from them on Feb 11, 2022. It was delivered on Feb 13, 2022. It was installed on Feb 24, 2022. It worked for about two hours. After two hours, it stopped working. I'll retract this review if they fix the problem, but a $****** hot tub should work for longer than two hours.

Small leak in hose on the hot tub I bought. Put in a service call and they had a repair person from a local company out to fix my problem within a couple days. The customer service from Barefoot was top notch as was the customer service from the local repair company.

Would not recommend Sales and set up great representation.. Repair technician impossible to find. Within 1 years of purchase needed parts replaced and plumbing leaking . Parts covered under warranty ,however technician services are not. Stay local !!

My hot tub was delivered by Jr and his buddy in the dark and in cold, icy conditions up our long driveway. No problem for this delivery team. They handled it with ease and a friendly smile. As for the Barefoot hot tub itself, I will need to wait until Spring to get everything set up and in working order. ??

Our new spa was just delivered by a Junior. He is awesome and an absolute gem. He went out of his way to make the placement of our spa perfect. He is a one man workhorse and did everything to make us happy! Thank you Junior

I would not recommend buying a spa from Barefoot spas. Poor customer service along with a product warrantee that is useless .

Our purchase process was a little rocky due to new sales person… but Kudos to her… she’s a fighter and didn’t give up! Our delivery was top notch! Junior and his helper arrived on time and could not have been any nicer! They even took the time to explain a few things and share some tips. Can’t wait to get it filled and start enjoying it!
