CROOKS! We purchased a hot tub from them at the RACEWAY on June 7th, 2025. It was to be delivered within 6 to 8 weeks as we had to have the concrete slab installed first. We paid $5000 down payment. I called the first week of August on several occasions as well as emailed twice through their website. CROOKS! I purchased a hot tub on June 7th 2025 and put down $5K. The tub was supposed to be delivered within 6 to 8 weeks. In early August I started calling them and left messages and emails via thier website. On August 11th I went to the showroom itself, and it was empty and abandoned. No hot tub and no cash. Reported it to my bank and BBB. Next, we open a civil suit against the company and the owners. We purchased a Barefoot while they were at a show at a local convention center in March 2021. While purchasing the hot tub we wanted another salesman sold the exact one. We were told we could have one delivered within 5 days after we call to set up delivery. Lies. They tell you everything you want to hear at the show. Communication is terrible with this company. Had my 8 foot Spa now for almost two weeks and couldn't be happier with it. Bought it at a show where I met Denny. Great guy who delivered on every promise. Had our Spa in 6 weeks right on time from the Barefoot factory. The guys delivering it had to bring it down 14 steps to my patio and did a great job. Only complaint was the delivery was at night and I noticed the next day slot of dirt and pebbles in the hot tub that I had to clean out before filling.
