We just checked in today and we're already having issues, been trying to contact the front desk since 5pm right after we checked in and NO ANSWER. Saw a worker here and he said that we have to contact the agency because he's only the maintenance guy and they only take care of outside stuff. We came into to the room and it had toilet paper, no towels, it had NOTHING, and they said everything was furnished and we didnt have to worried about anything which is a lie.
