I am a frequent rock climber and cyclist, so I routinely deal with muscle soreness/tightness after a workout. Erin is very knowledgable and experienced. She listens to what you want and tailors your massage accordingly. She used a method I have never experienced before, and I definitely felt a change in my back. Quiet, relaxing atmosphere.

This was my first time at Barefoot Remedies Massage and I had a wonderful experience. I am a regular weight lifter so I often get sore achy muscles. Erin did a wonderful job of assessing my problem areas and made sure to pay extra attention to those areas throughout the massage. I appreciated the fact that she asked about intensity when she got to different areas as well. The overall experience was great and I left feeling amazing. Looking forward to another session with her. Highly recommend.

I truly enjoyed my experience. Erin was very knowledgeable. She knew many types of massages and knew with one would benefit me. I am still tell people how great she is. I would go back again and I would recommend you give her a try.
