We've been in our house for nearly a year now. I really like our floorplan, but there are a number of things that have made me dissatisfied with Brookfield Residential as a builder in Barefoot Lakes. If you are buying a property from them, I caution you to carefully inspect the quality of the drywall installation and finishing -- our ceiling has bumps, ripples and other flaws. Don’t closing if they don’t finish anything.The day I’m closing they don’t finish any thing they said time we’re go to closing they done but they don’t.we get this home almost 1 month but they don’t come to my house and finish anything like the room door not painted ,the fireplace door missing the brackets in every room missing …..some dirty.I’m very upset with them maybe I’m go to homedepot and buy some paint and do it by myself.I paid the home almost $780 thousand but poor service.maybe I’m unlucky with the new builder
