House is a ticking timebomb for something bad to happen. it's about to fall apart from from structural decay. I know it's not a nice thing to say but it's the truth, it looks pretty on the inside and stunning location but seriously a pretty big safety hazard, especially if you know what you are looking at.
Beautiful place with a view of the ocean. Well located, right next to the town! Great owners!
