We offer SUPER FUN small group classes, nutrition and accountability coaching, kids ninja warrior classes, community events, and giant tires you can climb on top of and post cool IG stories. My experience with BAREfit Movement Co-Op was just okay. The actual experience I had in the small class sessions with the trainer T was great. He was very personable, and I enjoyed my time training with him. On the other had I did not have the best experience with communication and clarification on the managements end of things. Great people. Very flexible and friendly. Highly recommend. I would love to add that the best thing about this gym is that it is LOCAL!! The instructors are friend and can accommodate all the different weight levels. I could say anything bad about this place.
