The first time I took my car there for inspection I rated them 5 stars. However I recently took the car there since it was making a whining noise. They said the transmission pump was out and they would only replace the whole transmission at a cost of over $7k. (The car isn't worth that much per KBB). So we took it home and my husband checked the transmission fluid first. It was 3 quarts low. How did this repair shop not even check that FIRST?
