Waxer didnt show up to the appointment, so I walked out. Front desk staff let me into the room and the waxer never came. I had to ask them if everything was ok and the receptionist flippantly told me the waxer was still driving to the salon. It’s rude and unprofessional that they didnt at least apologize that the waxer was late. I would have waited if they were more polite about it, but it was so strange I just left.
Service was extremely friendly and professional. They squeezed me in for a last minute session and it was great. Clean bright facility and great service.
I had to walk out of my appointment. I just had the weirdest experience here - I was 5 mins early for an appt I booked in advance. The receptionists let me into the room where I waited for 15 minutes past my appointment time with no one coming in. I walked out to ask what was going on, they said the person who was doing my services wasn’t even at the salon yet. They were very flippant about it and seemed annoyed I was “in a rush”.
