I am extremely disappointed in the lack of understanding and empathy I received today. I was getting ready to leave for my appointment when my car wouldn't start. I called the spa as soon as I knew I wouldn't be able to make it. I was told at first that as this is the first time I have ever had to miss an appointment or "no show", they might not have to charge me for the entire thing and would let me know.
