This was my 1st ever wax. I booked the brazilian wax thinking it was going to be the worst pain ever but I needed to get it done because shaving has become an obstacle. Latoya was the best person ever, she was calming and reassuring that I'd make it through. She talked me through the entire process and gave some tips as to making sure it hurt less. Latoya's personality was a ray of sunshine! Ready to work and so personable. Her technique was great and I could actually bare the wax more than usual. I found my new wax home! So glad to have found her!!
