Emily was amazing and friendly! Had my first bikini wax and she made me feel very comfortable during my session. Very professional and gentle. Wasn’t too painful and I was happy with the results. Definitely look forward in booking again!
I experienced excellent customer service today at the Hillary's store. Emily was so friendly and listened to my skin concerns. Then provided a detailed scan which showed me problem areas and dry/oily zones. Emily then recommended products as well as a treatment plan. All the way through she was honest and understanding of my price point. I look forward to my next appointment and facial with Emily! As a 50 year old mother and teacher I'm looking forward to my self care plans for 2026!
