Tina was wonderful. Professional but caring. Explained everything as we went along which was great given i am new to the delights of professional treatment. I also was delighted that there was no pressure to purchase products which made it easy to buy what I can afford at this time. I would highly recommend Tina and the salon.
Worst customer experience I have ever encountered. Booked in 2 x facials for my mums birthday two weeks in advance! Received messages a few days before how excited they are to meet us. Called me within an hour until the appointment saying that they cancelled as they didn’t receive a deposit.. an hour! I would’ve happily placed a deposit if I was informed.
