Updated 31/03 After my review, management contacted me and apologised. We arranged a replacement service with Chloe today. The new Mindfulness facial with the vibro acoustic bed was fantastic. She was a great therapist and I am looking to rebook. The manager didn't ask me to change this review but I thiught it was fair.
