Simple, I called to cancel my appointment called multiple times never got an answer I had a legit medical emergency. I called and left a message with my name and phone number and NO ONE called me back I had to keep calling. Staff is, always, friendly and professional. They get me in and out fast. Never spend more than 45 minutes. Price's are reasonable. Started out with Kassy, but all staff is great! Been coming there for 5+years.
