I had a very poor experience with Bare Root Landscaping. Poor follow up and don't return phone calls. I sold my pool and needed someone to remove the stones and fill in the dirt and plant grass. They didn't return my call for several weeks then just showed up on a Saturday, after it had recently rained. I just love them!! The guys that came out were professional and personable. It took a little longer than expected to get everything done, but I am glad they took the time to get everything to my specifications. I not only found a new landscaper for the house, I am going to get have them do work at my office too. I would recommend them to everyone.

They like to say they offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee, this is a total fabrication....the arborvitae we ordered was supposed to be 4' tall, it was barely 2'. they broke a major limb in a very expensive tree and promptly taped it back on claiming that it just might take...when I informed Ian that it did not take, he simply said " I don't recall doing such a thing".. our grass looks horrible and I don't think he knows how to edge a bed to save his soul... the job looks like he did the "bare" minimum as far as materials...I... read more
