Ashley is so nice and helpful. I’ve been seeing her for 5 months now and I won’t go anywhere else. The new location is great and so cute too.
Ashley was fantastic! I have been getting waxed for over a year. She was fast and thorough! Already booked for 4weeks out.
Ashley is absolutely amazing with waxing! I was really nervous and she instantly helped calm all of the anxieties that I had going in. She was so kind and made me feel comfortable the entire time. She kept me distracted with conversation which I really appreciated. She was patient, answered all of my questions, and got the job done quick. You can tell she truly cares about her clients and loves her work. Such a great experience — her success and multiple locations is well warranted!
I would give 10 stars if I could. Ashley does a great job at waxing, and at keeping you talking / distracted and making the experience the least awkward it could ever be. BUT - the thing she has that almost nobody does anymore is OUTSTANDING customer service and excellent communication. I accidentally booked on a day she was at her other location and she messaged me immediately and worked with me to get me scheduled for a time that worked for me.
