Dont purchase from this company. The bra didn’t fit so I wanted to return, you will have to pay for shipping when you order and when you return it. They take it out of your refund amount due which is double dipping and fair customer. I don’t do greedy businesses.
I have bought quite a bit from this site, love to shop there, they have a wonderful selection and the sales associates are extremely helpful and kind. Ordered for year. Never any problems and great products. Then it happened, I didn't receive the package that said delivered. The customer service agents were amazing and got the items replaced for me. Thank you for being such a reliable company
First time purchasing from this company. They sent me a completely different bra than the one I ordered, not even close. Now I have to pay for return shipping. Update: after returning the bra, this company never refunded me! I had to open a dispute with my credit card company to get money back!
