I recently had my first facial at Bare Med Spa and it was such a great experience from start to finish. Booking was incredibly easy thanks to Allie, she made the whole process seamless, and I really appreciate that you can just text the business to set up an appointment instead of having to call. The place is cute and people seemed friendly at first. I called “20 minutes” after the 48 hour cancellation period and they gave me a hard time. First saying I still need to pay full price then second saying $100 store credit. Mind you this is after THEY changed my appointment time. Anyways… be careful. I am very disappointed with my experience at this establishment. My mom arrived expecting a positive visit; however, she did not receive any service. She was turned away without being given a reasonable opportunity to redeem her certificate and was not offered the option to use her prepaid Groupon on a different day.
