The people are very nice and provide quick responses for loading.
They deserve zero stars. The sheets and mattress pad are total junk from China. Horrible smell when l opened the package. The customer service and leadership there is incompetent and lack integrity. After a couple of washes they started to fall apart, shrank and still stank.Horrible products from a horrible company. Stay away from this place
Total junk from China. The wost products ever.
I bought 2 sets of sheets and I love them. Texture is a huge deal for me and these sheets are so soft.
