This horrible customer service not following the rules for return policy need to return order #64000 but customer service give me a hard time
We purchased flannel sheets about 6 weeks ago and have been absolutely thrilled with them. They arrived quickly. They fit our king bed very well. They are so soft and cozy, and it's so nice to crawl into sheets that aren't cool during the wintertime! They have remained soft through several washes. Only downside is they make it hard to get out of bed in the a.m.!
I am giving this two stars. Only because of their customer service. I ordered red flannel sheet set, twice! Both times the sheets didn't ship. Ordered from another company and they shipped two days later.
