I won’t mention any names because I don’t want to shed a negative light on anyone, but I will say the customer service could use some improvement. When I asked if the service provider could clean up the area a bit more, I was met with a look that made me feel like it was an issue, which was uncomfortable for me as a client. I would consider returning if it were a last resort, but for now I’ll continue looking for a sugar wax home that better fits what I’m looking for.
I hate to leave this review but my Brazilian wax experience here was not good at all. I have been getting waxed for about 2 years now but recently moved so I had to find a new studio. About 2.5 weeks ago I got a wax with Sissy, and she was very nice but asked if she could stay in the room with me while I undressed. I ended up saying yes because she caught me off guard.
