Received a text 10 minutes before my scheduled Brazilian that she couldn’t make it due to not having a car seat. I had already driven 30 minutes to the salon. I replied explaining I couldn’t make her later openings and never received a response or follow‑up. Emergencies happen, but lack of communication and basic professionalism is not something I’ll risk dealing with again. Don’t recommend.

Ok ladies and gents, Mrs. Tori is the real deal. I have been looking for a new waxing girl since my other girl, Shelly Schneider from Bare It All Waxing left and move to Utah to start anew. So those that knew Shelly knew how great she was. Now that I have finally found Tori, she's a keeper. I am so happy with the whole process as well a painless.
