Excellent waxing experience! Got me all ready for my vacation. Minimal pain and redness. Thanks Tori!
Received a text 10 minutes before my scheduled Brazilian that she couldn’t make it due to not having a car seat. I had already driven 30 minutes to the salon. I replied explaining I couldn’t make her later openings and never received a response or follow‑up. Emergencies happen, but lack of communication and basic professionalism is not something I’ll risk dealing with again. Don’t recommend.
Tori is great, she has a gentle touch and a professional nature.
