If I could rate lower, I would. I had Shana as my artist, she was nice enough, but did a sloppy job. Completely missed the bikini line (for a brazilian might I add) I ended up having to go to another company to have the correct adjustments done. If you spend a total of 15 minutes on a client, make sure you’re at least accurate and do the job you’re paid to do. I have supported bare body for years, and this job was incredibly insulting. You’ve lost a client, avoid the academy location if you can.

Honestly, I almost never leave reviews but that was probably the best hair removal experience I’ve ever had. I typically get a wax, but the Brazilian sugaring was painless I don’t think I can ever go back. Allison was super easy to chat with and made me feel totally comfortable!
I’ve been getting sugared for almost ten years and my experience here was insane. Sugar and baby powder flying everywhere. Having to go home and pluck any hairs they couldn’t get because they “don’t offer that “ is terrible. I also had to wipe extra sugar off my legs and bikini from my Brazilian sugar. They also make you spray tonic on the sugared areas yourself. My whole Brazilian was done in 13 mins and so sloppy. Worst experience ever
Cassi did an amazing job! It was my first time trying sugaring, and the experience went really well.
