The clinic is beautiful, clean, and extremely aesthetic. The front desk is very kind, and the nurses are quite knowledgeable. I would rate my botox experience over the years, with numerous nurses, a 5/5 experience each time. I was beyond disappointed by my facial this afternoon. For a multitude of reasons, I recommend against getting a facial here: 1. Appointment was 32 minutes late and the aesthetician showed zero remorse 2. Everyone is so kind and responsive here. Clean and professional establishment.
This place won’t book you unless you have a credit card and give it to them in advance. Despite offering same day appointments/walk ins, they won’t honour mine because it’s 2 days in advance or accept my offer of a deposit. Nowhere on the website or even in the email provided to me after booking mentioned this anywhere. I only found this out after I’d already booked and then received a call days later saying they’d have to cancel due to me not providing one (because I don’t have one).
