Bardy's Heating & Cooling installed a new furnace at my rental property which apparently my property manager never followed up on. Not only was the fresh air intake not run outside, but the furnace was never connected to the cold air return ductwork! And the old furnace and garbage were just left in the basement. I've tried contacting the company, but my emails are ignored and phone calls are not returned.
